Kami closed my deceased Dad's home in 2024 which was nearly impossible because he had a (way) high reverse mortgage balance. Getting answers from Hud was literally ridiculous. Kami persevered and it closed and I was able finally to settle the estate. Cudos Kami!!

Kami is a true realtor. After buying and selling several houses with "realtors" who do little else besides meet you at houses YOU found on Zillow and show up for a check at closing, Kami showed us what an actual realtor does for you. We were buying sight unseen from 500 miles away and Kami made the process as seamless as possible. She found us houses we never would have found ourselves, did FaceTime showings for us, and was straight forward about issues with each house. I cannot imagine having done that process with anyone else. Kami is our permanent realtor now.

We moved here from AZ. We wrote an offer on a condo and I (wife) came back to look at it and do inspections. We continued with the transaction from AZ. Kami is sharp, knowledgeable and well versed in her profession as a "Realtor". She is very thorough and will give you her open and honest opinion. She will point our anything that may need attention. She is there when you need her. As a former Realtor myself coming from AZ. I would definitely recommend her! She will get the job done! GO KAMI!

My wife and I have used Kami to purchase both of our homes in the last 6-7 years. I would recommend Kami because she is knowledgeable in the real estate market but she also points out deficiencies that homes have that most realtors would sweep under the rug. Most realtors are just in it to make a buck, Kami is in it to make sure her clients make the right decisions and are educated on the issues the home may have. She also has no problem having hard conversations with other realtors or you as a client. Because of these reasons I would recommend her to any first time home buyer. She is creative in her negotiations, and the way she goes about managing purchases from start to finish. I would trust Kami to help me buy a home site unseen, because she doesn’t overlook the small things, and treats each individual transaction as if she was buying the home for herself. Thorough, honest and knowledgable.
